If you are having
problems with receiving your download email and order, you can Login to your
account at any time after your payment is complete. At the top, next to the
Home link, there is a link named
My Account,
if you click that link and sign in, you will go to your customer account
page with a list of any orders that you have made. You can access your
downloads from there also.
