Order confirmation
After you make a purchase online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few hours. You will also receive a 2nd e-mail with your download information and password.
You may also review the status of your order at any time by viewing the My Account area. You can download your files or if you order has been shipped. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the Order History for all your previous online orders.

Ordering information
You can order directly through my website by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. If you have a discount code, all discounts will be automatically calculated in the check-out process.
When you order 5 or more separate patterns, discounts will be automatically be applied. If you encounter any problems while ordering, please email me at E-mail Sandra.
I will be happy to assist you.

Print & Mail Option
All Pages: $.40 per 2 page printing, printed double sided, 28lb bright white paper, using a color inkjet printer, plus shipping.
Each pattern is put into clear protective sleeve.
Pages are mailed flat.

Shipping is determined by how many patterns are ordered and how many pages each pattern is.

All payments are made prior to the processing of an order.

Method of payment
I accept PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. PayPal has a very secure site to pay with your credit cards), Money order or check. If you would like to pay with Money order or check, just e-mail me your order and I will send you an invoice to mail along to me with your payment. On orders paid with a check, delivery has a 10 day waiting time.

Book Shipping information
Book orders are shipped via the Canada Post Airmail. Your order should arrive within 6-10 business days. Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays.

Sales tax
Orders in Ontario, Canada are charged a 7% RST.

Returns & exchanges
There is no refunds on download patterns and e-books.
