Ordering information
All the patterns sold are for download only unless
otherwise stated, such as printed books.
You can
order directly through my website by adding the items you want to
your shopping cart.
If you
have a discount code, all discounts will be automatically calculated
in the check-out process. After adding your coupon code to the box,
click the Submit Coupon Code button before hitting the PayPal
button.

When you
order 5 or more separate patterns, discounts will be automatically
be applied. Automatic discounts are on patterns purchased separately
and does not include any eBooks, kits or printed books.

Order
confirmation
After you make a purchase
online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your
order number within a few hours. You will also receive a 2nd e-mail
with your download information and password.
You may also review the status of your order at any time by viewing
the
My Account
area. You can download your files or if you order has
been shipped. As a registered customer, you will also be able to
review the Order History for all your previous online orders.
Method
of payment
I accept PayPal and credit
cards through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by
credit card. PayPal has a very secure site to pay with your credit
cards).
This Print Screen shows the first page that comes up after
clicking
button on the checkout page in the shopping cart.
If you prefer not to use a PayPal account,
click the link that says Continue by
the red arrow.
You will
then come to this page. Because I am in Canada, the country will be
automatically marked Canada, you will need to change this first to
the country that you are in for the form to accept the rest of your
address information.

Money order or check. If
you would like to pay with Money order or check, just e-mail me your
order and I will send you an invoice to mail along to me with your
payment. On orders paid with a check, delivery has a 10 day waiting
time.
Book &
Bead Kit Shipping information
Orders are shipped via
Canada Post Airmail. Your order should arrive within 6-10 business
days.
Print on Demand Books will take 4 - 5 days for printing
and then will be shipped by Lulu.com or CreateSpace (POD orders are
shipped from the US).
Orders from Canada are shipped on Monday,
Wednesday & Fridays.
Sales
tax
Orders in Canada are
charged a 13% HST, sorry.
Returns & exchanges
There is no refunds on
download patterns and e-books.
There are NO REFUNDS on bead Kits.
